"The ClickSense® technology identifies the interests of Internet users by assessing on-line activities. LucidMedia does not learn the identities of Internet users when collecting information about their interests. LucidMedia does, however, collect and use non-personally identifiable information ('NPII') and other anonymous data to understand and analyze consumers' Internet experiences. This anonymous data may include:

- Visitor data relating to referring domains;
- System settings (such as type of browser, operating system, screen resolutions, plug-ins, language settings, etc.);
