"Our Technology collects Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”). PII is any information that can be used to identify or locate a particular person or entity. For example, we may enable one of our Clients to send you a tailored email because you visited the Client’s website.

Our Technology also collects Non-Personally Identifiable Information ("Non-PII"). Non-PII is information that may not be used to identify or locate a particular person or entity, and includes: IP address, clickstream information, and demographic information such as age range or gender. For example, we may collect clickstream information about the websites that you visit or the searches you conduct while online."

Sharing


"The information we collect is generally used to tailor advertisements about goods and services that may be of interest to you, and to help our clients gain insight into their existing and prospective customers. The information is used in the following ways:

- To tailor an online banner advertisement on web sites that you see while you surf the Internet.

- To tailor or verify email addresses sent to you on behalf of our Clients.

- To tailor our Client’s direct mail campaigns.

Regardless of distribution method, our Technology utilizes data for expressed commercial marketing purposes only. And we take reasonable steps to ensure that our Clients and Data Partners follow reasonable privacy safeguards (e.g., Providing consumers with meaningful Notice and Choice) when information is collected for use by our Technology."

Deletion


"We store Non-PII for up to 12 months in order to ensure that our technology is functioning properly. After 12 months, we render this information anonymous and store it for up to 3 years."
